So far, Great for the price!*UPDATED* battery poor quality&crashes – Apple 15in MacBook Pro, Retina, Touch Bar, 2.9GHz Intel Core i7 Quad Core, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Space Gray, MPTT2LL/A (Renewed) – I needed a new laptop for photo editing as the Ram on my Microsoft surface pro is not equipped enough for Lightroom/photoshop, everyone suggested a MacBook of some kind, but my bank account can’t get on board with those steep prices of $1,500+ so when I found this refurbished one for $650 with the option for monthly payments, I couldn’t pass it up! I have had it for about a week now and so far so good. It arrived faster than it was expected, the cosmetic damage to the laptop is okay, there is a large dent/gouge on one of the edges that is pretty significant. The rest appears mostly unscratched but that’s because it appears to have a sticker across the entire front and back of the laptop to appear as though it is brand new. It looks fine, the only way I noticed was when I look at the bottom of the laptop I expected to find model #s so I could buy a compatible case for the laptop and there is nothing on the bottom of the laptop what so ever. When I saw that I looked at the edges and sure enough there is a sticker across the whole surface to cover any cosmetic damage. The A key on the keyboard sticks a bit from time to time, otherwise functionality, speed, and battery life have been good so far. The screen is REALLY REALLY sensitive to touch (changes color in the spot that anything brushes by it) so I worry the screen will break at some point in general transportation of the laptop. Even if I run my finger across it with no pressure, it reacts as if I’m pushing on the screen hard. I will update if anything changes!

Awesome refurbished MacBook Pro – Enjoying it by now. – Despite I was hesitant to buy a refurbished MacBook Pro, adding that some buyers had a non favorable at all reviews when I was thinking to buy, I decided to try with this vendor Kanga and if any issue happens, to return it before the 90 days period.

Like new condition – I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro 2017 15” in 2018 for a little over $2k. It was smashed and I needed a new laptop. I can’t afford the $2k at the moment so I decided to purchase renewed MacBook Pro 2017 15” 1tb memory from double dex refurbished. Let me tell you! Whoever is in charge of repairing the MacBook pros is doing a fantastic job. I had ordered the same MacBook Pro with less memory from Buspry and received a dented up aluminum case MacBook with a screen replacement job that was so botched. The M key didn’t work. I returned the unit and reordered. The laptop came in two days. Almost mint condition. The tiniest scratch. Everything else was immaculate. The screen perfect. No scratches. Keys work perfect. The laptop is clean. No dents. It looks almost brand new. It’s been operating fine. I would recommend double dex refurbished again and again. Im you guys keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve earned a customer for life!

Faulty keyboard – I would have loved this laptop . It had zero physical damages and looked brand new but I knew it was too good to be true . I soon realized it had a defective keyboard unfortunately. I didn’t want to have to go through the process of returning it then buying a new one but it looks like that’s what I’ll have to do . Hopefully the next one that I get is perfect.

I’m confused… – I had ordered two Macs from this seller. The first one was almost flawless; little to no scratches visible and basically brand new condition and also came with the original apple charger. However, the second one I ordered had many little physical defects. There’s some visible damage on the body of the Mac, there’s markings on the screen, AND it didn’t come with the original charger. I’m kind of bummed out about that. Even though the product itself works amazing, the looks of it clearly shows it’s not new which is not something I’m a fan of. What happened to the second one?
